Expect beautiful variations in wood grain, tone, and texture, which are not flaws, but unique signatures of handcrafted furniture. Subtle imperfections make every Raffino chair truly one-of-a-kind.

 1. Dust Regularly: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to gently wipe away dust. For intricate carvings or corners, a soft brush (like a clean paintbrush or soft toothbrush) can be used. 

2. Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the wood finish to fade or crack over time. 

3. Control Humidity: Avoid placing the product in areas with extreme temperature fluctuations or high humidity, such as directly next to radiators, air conditioning vents, or in damp basements. 

4. Clean Spills Immediately: Blot any spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. For stubborn spots, lightly dampen a soft cloth with water and a mild, non-abrasive soap. Wipe gently, then immediately dry thoroughly with another clean cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or silicone-based polishes. 

For the Natural Cane Weave: 

1. Gentle Cleaning: Dust the cane regularly with a soft brush or a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment on a low setting. 

2. Damp Cloth for Dirt: For more stubborn dirt, lightly dampen a soft cloth with plain water (avoid excessive moisture) and gently wipe the cane. Immediately dry with a clean, dry cloth. 

3. Avoid Excessive Moisture: Cane is susceptible to damage from prolonged exposure to moisture, which can cause it to sag or mildew. Never soak the cane or use abrasive cleaners. 

4. Support Weight Evenly: Avoid putting excessive, concentrated weight on the cane backrest to prevent stretching or damage. 

Refunds: 

○ If your handcrafted solid wood furniture arrives irreparably damaged, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost. 

○ For minor, repairable damage, we will reimburse the full repair cost. 

○ If a replacement cannot be provided, a 100% refund will be issued. 

○ You must notify us within 2 days of delivery to report damage. Claims after this period are not accepted due to expected minor wear over time. 

○ For damage claims, submit clear photos of the product’s inner and outer surfaces, including courier tags and packaging. We are dedicated to addressing issues swiftly. 

● Returns: ○ Since all products are made-to-order and shipped, returns are not permitted. Please carefully review product details before ordering. 

● Handmade Variations: ○ Each handcrafted wooden furniture piece is 100% handmade, resulting in slight differences in patterns, colors, and textures. 

○ Custom orders with specific colors or sizes may show pattern variations due to scaling adjustments. 

○ These natural differences are not defects but affirm the authenticity and uniqueness of your product. 

● Non-Standard Shipping: ○ Free worldwide shipping is provided, except for remote locations. For remote areas, additional shipping costs may apply, and we will inform you accordingly.

● Borer or termite damage to the solid wood structure (for 3 years). 

● Loose joints or frame instability resulting from production issues. 

What is Not Covered: 

● Damage due to improper use, mishandling, or accidents. 

● Normal wear and tear, fading, stains, or discoloration of finishes over time. 

● Damage due to prolonged exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, or heat sources. 

● Scratches, dents, or marks caused by external impact or misuse. 

● Modifications or repairs done by unauthorized personnel. 

● Upholstery, cushions, or fabric components (unless specified separately).
