1. Order Processing Timeline

  • Once your order is placed on www.woodenslice.com, we begin processing it within 1–2 business days. 
  • For custom or made-to-order wooden furniture, please allow additional production time. You’ll be notified of the estimated crafting and dispatch schedule via email or WhatsApp. 
  • Every item is individually quality-checked before shipping to ensure it meets our standards of artisanal excellence. 

2. Shipping Partners & Delivery Options

  • We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure secure delivery of our solid wood furniture across India. 
  • Standard shipping within India generally takes 15-21 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. 
  • For international deliveries, generally takes 4-6 weeks from dispatch, depending on your location. 

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free on all orders within India unless specified otherwise on product pages. 
  • Charges for international orders or bulky custom furniture are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location. These will be visible during checkout or shared directly by our customer support team. 

4. Delivery Process

  • Once your handcrafted furniture is dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking details so you can monitor its journey in real-time. 
  • Our delivery partners may call or message you to schedule a convenient delivery slot. 
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the product at the time of delivery. 

5. Shipping Limitations

  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or regions with courier restrictions. 
  • Remote or non-serviceable areas may experience extended delivery times or may require alternative delivery arrangements. For assistance, please contact our support team before placing your order. 

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Although we pack each product securely, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs/videos. 
  • We will initiate a replacement, repair, or resolution after validating the issue — at no extra cost to you. 

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, refer to our Return & Refund Policy for steps on initiating returns or exchanges. 
  • Please note that custom-made furniture and handcrafted pieces are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
