We understand that buying solid wood furniture online is a significant decision, and customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. No Refunds on Handcrafted or Made-to-Order Furniture
All our furniture is handcrafted, often made-to-order or customized to your preferences in terms of size, finish, or carving. Due to this bespoke nature:
- We do not offer refunds once the order has been processed or the product is in production.
- Custom wooden furniture, including personalized sizes, finishes, or designs, is non-refundable.
This policy applies to all Sheesham wood furniture, Mango wood furniture, carved furniture, or any other handcrafted items sold via www.woodenslice.com.
2. Damage or Defective Product Claims
We ensure strict quality checks before dispatching your furniture. However, in the rare event that your product is delivered with damage or defects, we offer support as follows:
✅ Eligibility for Return/Replacement:
- Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos and videos showing the defect/damage via email or WhatsApp.
- Our team will assess the issue and may offer:
- A repair,
- A replacement part, or
- A full product replacement, depending on the severity of the damage.
Note: We only process replacements, not monetary refunds.
3. Cancellation and Refunds Before Dispatch
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation if production hasn’t started.
- In such cases, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- No cancellations or refunds will be entertained for orders that are already in the crafting or finishing stage.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We do not offer refunds or returns under the following circumstances:
- Minor color, grain, or carving variations due to the natural and handcrafted nature of wood.
- Change of mind or preference after delivery.
- Failure to properly measure your space prior to placing an order.
- Natural aging of wood, slight expansion, or cracks due to climate conditions.
5. Refund Processing Time
If you qualify for a refund (for canceled orders only):
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- It may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment gateway.
